Organised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya, in collaboration with AREPO, the event aims to raise awareness on the importance of quality and origin products for EU agriculture and to stimulate discussion on the needs of the sector.
The forum will be divided into four sections:
- Block 1. Current situation and perspectives in Europe;
- Block 2. Successful experiences;
- Block 3. Storytelling, the importance of history for the success of GIs;
- Block 4. The actors involved in GIs. Needs, limits of the current system and proposals for the future.
