Every year in September, the Foire de Châlons (Châlons Fair) opens, a fair that brings together gastronomy and agriculture with nearly 750 exhibitors. Every year, the fair has more than 750 exhibitors and 220 000 expected visitors, making it the second largest agricultural event in France.
