We are pleased to share with you the invitation from the Emilia-Romagna Region, in collaboration with UnipolSai Assicurazioni, to attend the event “The Challenge of Adapting to the Climate Crisis for the Agricultural Sector – The LIFE ADA Project Model – ADaptation in Agriculture” which will take place on November 27th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at the European Committee of the Regions in Brussels (Room JDE52).
The event will highlight the final results of the LIFE ADA project, designed to enhance the resilience of the agricultural sector through improved knowledge, planning tools for risk management, and adaptation measures. The program includes a presentation of the project’s outcomes and a roundtable discussion with representatives from the European Commission, farmers, and producers’ organizations to explore EU policies and address the challenges of climate adaptation.
We are also pleased to announce that Laurent Gomez, Secretary General of AREPO, will be participating in this important event to represent our network.
The event will take place in person, but a live-streaming will also be available. Languages spoken will be Italian, English, and French, with interpretation services provided.
