March 20th, The European Commission has added the “Salt of Guérande / Fleur de sel Guérande (IGP)” to the list of protected designations of origin (PDO) and protected geographical indications (PGI) for France.
L’AREPO se félicite de cette issue car elle a milité pour l’inscription du sel marin dans la liste des produits éligibles aux IGP et AOP.
